Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Pre-orders are fulfilled within 3–4 weeks from the order date. You will be notified by email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
United States Standard shipping: 3–7 business days Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Canada & Mexico Standard shipping: 7–14 business days Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Australia & New Zealand Standard shipping: 10–18 business days Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Europe Orders shipping to Europe are fulfilled directly from Türkiye. Standard shipping: 5–10 business days International duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders over €150 may be subject to EU import regulations.
Türkiye Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
