Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. During peak periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Pre-orders are fulfilled within 2–3 weeks from the order date. You will be notified by email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
United States Within the United States we are pleased to offer free Ground Shipping via UPS for orders $100 or more.
Where we ship from
Orders to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand ship from Los Angeles. Orders to Europe and within Türkiye ship directly from Türkiye.
International orders
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to local duties and import taxes upon arrival. These are determined by your country's customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We want to make sure there are no surprises, please factor this in when ordering.
