Refund policy

We hope you love your RENNK piece. If for any reason it isn't quite right, we're happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 10 days.

Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Please contact us at hello@rennk.com to request a return.

For approved U.S. returns, a $20 return shipping and processing fee ($40 for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

Orders outside the U.S. are final sale, except where local consumer law provides a mandatory right of return. For customers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are complimentary and subject to availability. Please contact us before sending your item back.

Final Sale

Sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom pieces, and special orders are final sale where permitted by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A Note on Craftsmanship

Our pieces are made using handwoven and handcrafted materials and traditional artisanal techniques. Variations in texture, weave, color, and finish are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.
